Below are the standard closing fees and costs to a party closing with The Orlando Title Group, LLC. We are happy to provide a complimentary estimate of all closing costs, including those typically charged by third parties, upon request.
- Settlement fee $325*
- Document Preparation fee $200
- Bank wire fees $50**
*Includes courier costs and all fax and administrative costs
**Additional wire fees may be assessed if additional wires are requested
Commercial Property Closings
The rates for commercial property closings vary depending on the level of complexity of the transaction but most closings fall into the settlement fee range of $1,500 to $3,000. Contact us for an exact estimate of fees for your commercial closing.
Mobile Notary Services
● For docs requiring initials, $1.00 for each initial signing.
● Mileage costs, $0.50 per mile, to and from.
● There may also be waiting
● Notarization within Hospital or Medical facilities: if the patient/person signing is not fully alert or has been heavily medicated, the document will not qualify for notarization. (The patient will be qualified by being asked a few basic questions by the Notary).
